It's definitely nice watching an intriguing video that hold your attention with things besides drugs and women. Rome held his own and stood on his 10s and made a video that is memorable.

[New Video] Retro Sushi Feat. Rome Fortune - Zonin'

Late 2012, I was completely in love with Retro Sushi's Kung Fu In Japan mixtape. That tape was definitely a banger from beginning to end and one of my favorite tracks off that project was "Zonin'." So when the news circulated yesterday on twitter that they were dropping the video, total excitement filled my body!

So today, we finally have the video! Catch Cee-J and Jace rapping in the wilderness and having fun. If you speak Japanese, you can follow subtitles at the bottom of the video, if not, just shut up, watch and listen.

[New Mixtape] Michael Christmas - Is This Art? (Stream + Download)

Michael Christmas has been on the radar for a while since he released his "Goodnight" track last year. Yesterday, he dropped a brand new mixtape entitled, Is This Art? 

The mixtape comes with nice surprises, he grabs some nice names for both features and producers. You'll hear features from Rome Fortune, Alex Wiley, and MFN eXquire. Then you'll hear production from Childish Major, Thelonious Martin, Goodwin, and some more. His mixtape is definitely nice and one of those play from beginning to end projects.

[New Mixtape] Rome Fortune - Beautiful Pimp II (Stream + Download)

After releasing one of my favorite projects, Beautiful Pimp, last year, Rome Fortune has returned with another brilliant project that serves as part 2 of the BP series. Everyone had been patiently waiting for the release of BPII because the expectations had risen so high since BP was so amazing. 

Finally yesterday, Rome Fortune took to twitter to announce that the project will be premiered through Fader and from there it was a wrap. The 11-track project is definitely different from the first one. This one is a lot more personal, containing audio clips from his son and having only one musical feature. Do not get it misconstrued though, the tape is amazing. It shows growth and versatility.

I can definitely go on explaining  how amazing this project is, but I'll let you listen to it. Stream the entire project below. The tracks are available individually for download, so just do us all a favor and download them all!

[New Tunes] Rome Fortune Feat. Pouya - Don't Need Shit

Rome Fortune is definitely preparing for probably one of the dopest mixtape releases of 2014 with Beautiful Pimp II. Repping Atlanta, Rome Fortune has been traveling from West to East Coast recording and putting the finishing touches on his mixtape. This past weekend, he released a little preview from the tape by giving us a track entitled "Don't Need Shit" which features Pouya.
We definitely get a brief introduction from Miami rapper Pouya in the opening, but then Rome comes in and smashes the track like he usually does!
Rock out smoothly to this Childish Major-produced track.
Beautiful Pimp II drops February 12.
